IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED:
If your order was submitted with an incorrect shipping address, please contact our team immediately with your CRK order number and the corrected address. We do have a one-hour window to make adjustments to orders, and our team will do our best to catch your order before it ships.
If your billing address is incorrect but you still received an email confirmation for the order, no need to worry. The payment still processed and you should be all good to go.

Please contact the carrier immediately and request an address change. Our team is be unable to make any updates to the order at this stage.
