Sometimes shipping services will mark a package as delivered before they actually drop it off. If you still do not have your delivery after 3 business days of it being marked as "delivered", please contact us!
Additionally, please view the carrier website for any potential service delays in your area that could be affecting your shipment (hurricanes, fires, floods, snow, etc).
Please note, if a package is deemed lost by the carrier, Corkcicle will happily reship the lost package at no cost to the customer. We do not refund lost packages.
