Who can become a member?
Anyone can become a Cork Circle Rewards member, and it’s free to join! By joining Cork Circle Rewards, you agree that you will not purchase products from a Corkcircle-owned store or website for resale to third parties, you will not engage in bulk buying or freight forwarding, and you will comply with all other terms and conditions posted at the point of purchase. Participating in any reselling or bulk buying activities will result in the forfeiture of your points.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by participating in any of our innovative promotions! Simply click on the 'Earn Points' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!

How do I get Free Shipping?
We currently offer free FedEx Economy and USPS Standard shipping on orders over $30 for members of the Metallic tier. Please note the following stipulations:
- Order subtotal must be $30 after any discounts have been applied, and does not include taxes.
- The offer is only valid for FedEx Economy and USPS Standard. Depending on your shipping address, your free shipping option may vary. Please view our shipping chart here.
- Free shipping will automatically apply if you qualify. Please choose the $0.00 option. No code is necessary.
How many points do I need to redeem on a purchase at checkout?
The minimum number of points that can be redeemed on a purchase is 100 points, equivalent to $10 off your purchase. You can always redeem in increments of 100 points too. So if you have 200 points, that will be good toward $20 off a purchase.
How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date points balance is always available on your account page. Simply log in to your account to view the balance.
I was automatically added to an upper loyalty tier (Metallic or Prismatic) based on my order history in the past year. Will I receive points for those past purchases?
Points are only earned on new purchases made after you join the program. You will receive 25 bonus points for either having or creating a Corkcicle account, but points will need to be earned on an ongoing basis.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Signing up is 100% free and there are ways outside of making a purchase to earn points like following us on social media. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.
Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!
How long will it take for points to post to my account?
You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion!
Do my points expire?
Points expire one year after they are added to your account. Points are earned from every dollar spent!
What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit/points you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 on one item, equivalent to 50 points. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down 50 points – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
Birthday Reward Points 30-Day waiting period.
Fraud prevention ensures all customers will have a waiting period of at least 30 days, from the day they signed up for the campaign.
- If the customer signs up and sets their birthday to more than 30 days away, there is no issue. They will receive the reward on their birthday
- If the customer signs up and sets their birthday to less than 30 days away, they will need to fulfill a waiting period of 30 days from the date they signed up for the campaign
For example, if the customer signed up for the campaign on January 5 and claims their birthday is January 6, the reward will be granted on January 6 + [29 days], ensuring each customer waits a minimum of 30 days for their birthday reward.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?
We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab.
What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?
From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
Please note, rewards cannot be applied to any promotions on our website. The Cork Circle Rewards Program is unavailable for International customers at this time.
