How long will it take for my personalized order to ship?

Personalized items should ship within 10 business days, but may experience a longer processing time during peak seasons. Once your item ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. All personalized products will ship from our Atlanta, Georgia Warehouse. 

 

Please note, personalized items will ship separately from any non-personalized items on your order. You will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.

 

Personalized items do not qualify for expedited shipping methods. If a non-personalized item needs to be shipped via an expedited method, please place it as a separate order.
