Sometimes shipping services will mark a package as delivered before they actually drop it off. If you still do not have your delivery after 3 business days of it being marked as "delivered", please contact us!
Additionally, please view the carrier website for any potential service delays in your area that could be affecting your shipment (hurricanes, fires, floods, snow, etc).
Any claims of items/packages missing must be filed within 2 weeks (14 days) from date of delivery.
Good news! If you had shipping protection through our partner, Corso, handing this situation will be simple! Just follow the instructions below. Unfortunately, if you did not select to have Green Shipping Protection, this package was not covered and we are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
How do I file a claim?
If you have an issue with shipping and you purchased Green Shipping Protection simply go to reorder.corso.com. You will need your email and order # ready and Corso will make sure to get you taken care of right away!
